1.Open this website http://visa.diplo.de/, choose English or Deutsch then press "OK".  2.When the page below is loaded, please press "Continue".  3.When the page below is loaded, please press "Continue".  4.To fill a new application form, please click "New application".  5.Here is the online application form. Please fill it in as soon as possible or an error might occur due to the time limit set by the internal system of the German website.  6.After completing the form, please click "Save and print"  7.The download page will be loaded.  8.Download pdf version of application form for printing use. File Download page will emerge.  9.Click "Save" in order to save the application form in your computer. Please choose wherever you want to save the file. If you want to rename the file, please enter a file name.  10.When download complete, the download complete page will emerge. You can choose "Open" to open the pdf file immediately; Choose "Open Folder" to open the folder in which you saved the file; Choose "Close" if you want to open the file later.  11.Download xml version of application form for modifying the application form. (How to modify the application form will be stated in Point 16. File Download page will emerge.  12.Click "Save" in order to save the application data in your computer. Please choose wherever you want to save the file. If you want to rename the file, please enter a file name.  13.When download complete, the download complete page will emerge. You can choose "Open" to open the xml file immediately; Choose "Open Folder" to open the folder in which you saved the file; Choose "Close" if you want to open the file later.  14.When you open the pdf file, you'll see the barcode.  15.Choose File and then select Print. *************************************************************** IF YOU HAVE ANY MISTAKE WHEN FILLING THE FORM, YOU CAN MODIFY IT YOURSELF. 16.If you want to modify the application form that has been filled, please repeat Step 1-3. When the page of step 4 appears, please click Browse and select the xml file that you have saved. 17.Choose the xml file then click Open.  18.Press Load and the application form with previous entered data will appear.  19.Repeat Step 5-15, and that's the end.
1.Open the PDF file that you have saved. Note: If you haven't installed PDF reader in your computer, please install it first. 2.Choose File then select Print.
