German Visa Application Center Guangzhou & Fuzhou can not accept the visa applications of Frequent Travelers, Bona Fide Company (Frequent Travelers) and Group Visitors on Feb 18, 2010. But the visa applications for Individual Travelers can be accepted as normal. Sorry for the inconvenience that might be caused.

The German Visa Application Centre is responsible for all applicants from the following provinces: Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan and Guangxi

The German Visa Application Centre performs a number of routine administrative tasks on behalf of the German Consulate General in Guangzhou including:

• giving information by phone, e-mail or in person about applying for a visa to visit Germany
• arranging an appointment for an interview with the German Consulate General
• pre-scrutinizing of completeness of application and documents
• return delivery of passports after receiving them from the German Consulate General

The German Consulate General in Guangzhou advises applicants in the process of applying for a visa to submit their visa applications to the German Consulate General only with a prior appointment arranged in the German Visa Application Centre.

The German Visa Application Centre is organized purely to improve and smoothen the visa application procedure.

The final decision whether a visa is issued will be made at the Visa Section of the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany only.
